Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or Canadian public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times
Golden Ratio Hair Co. currently ships to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:
- Canada: 3–5 business days
- United States: 4–8 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–27 business days
- Australia: 6–15 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Golden Ratio Hair Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside of our control.

Customs & Duties
International orders (US, UK, Australia) may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
