Refund policy

All sales made through Golden Ratio Hair Co. are final.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances, except as may be required by applicable Canadian consumer protection law.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Raw Hair Disclosure in its entirety. Failure to review the Raw Hair Disclosure prior to purchase does not constitute grounds for a return or exchange.

In the event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@goldenratio.hair within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted outside of this window may not be eligible for resolution. All such claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Golden Ratio Hair Co. reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
