Natural Variation
Because our hair is raw and unprocessed, no two bundles are exactly alike. Texture, color, and curl pattern will vary slightly from bundle to bundle, as they would from person to person — this is a natural characteristic of raw hair, not a defect.

Ordering Multiple Bundles
If you are purchasing more than one bundle for a single install, we strongly recommend placing all bundles in the same order. This gives us the best chance of matching texture, color, and curl pattern as closely as possible across your bundles. Bundles purchased separately or at different times cannot be guaranteed to match.

Product Care

Use of products outside this list may affect the texture, longevity, or overall quality of your hair, and Golden Ratio Hair Co. is not responsible for damage resulting from improper product use.
